SUMICHIRAL OA series is a pioneer of chiral HPLC stationary phase using low molecular weight chiral selector.

SUMICHIRAL OA 系列手性柱是高性能的分离光学异构体的HPLC色谱柱。SUMICHIRAL OA色谱柱能直接分离各种异构体，并可从非对应异构体中分离异构体，这些非对应异构体中可能存在氢键，电荷转移及主客体等相互作用。OA系列手性柱能精确测定各种手性化合物的纯度，如药物、农药、香料中手性结构的组成。
OA-2000系列柱，改进刷型（Amide），不对称碳原子键合CONH基团
OA-2000系列柱可直接分离芳香类、酯类、羧酸类和醇类化合物的异构体。如OA-2000色谱柱分离合成除虫菊酯，OA-2500可分离布洛芬药物。
OA-3000系列柱，改性刷型（尿素），不对称碳原子键合NHCONH基团
OA-3000系列色谱柱可有效分离羧酸类化合物，尤其是乙酰基和聚氨酯的氨基酸化合物。OA-3300色谱柱能直接分离布洛芬药物，乙酰胺基酸，BOC-氨基酸和苄基氨基酸。
OA-4000系列柱，改进刷型，胺和氨基酸两个手性中心键合NHCONH基团
OA-4000系列柱通过电荷转移和氢键相互作用达到手性识别，能分离各种各样的化合物，如胺类和氨基醇的药物，醇类，酯类和酰胺类化合物可用正相模式分离。尤其是酰胺和聚氨酯的衍生物，醇类等柱效高。
OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱在反相模式中通过配位交换相互作用进行手性识别。OA-5000手性配位体是青霉胺涂敷在ODS硅胶表面，OA-6000手性配位体是酒石酸衍生物涂敷在ODS硅胶表面，限制了添加到流动相的有机溶剂用量，且OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱的流动相中必须包含Cu2+离子。该系列柱不但能有效的分离氨基酸，羟基酸的对映异构体，而且能分离铜螯合形成的化合物，如氨基醇，胺，羧酸，氨基内酰胺和二肽。尤其是OA-5000柱应用极为广泛，OA-6000能有效分离β-氨基酸，β-羟基酸和亲水性阿明酸。
OA-7000柱手性固定相是β-环糊精通过新型的空间模式键合硅胶。可在反相条件下分离大量的消旋体，包括酮，胺，氨基酸衍生物。
OA-8000柱手性固定相是冠醚手性键合氨丙基硅胶，可有效的分离胺，氨基醇和氨基酸的对映异构体，尤其是疏水性胺。

  • Elution order inversion

    In the SUMICHIRAL OA series, low molecular weight optically active compounds are immobilized onto the stationary phase. By immobilizing an antipode of this optically active component, the elution order of the target substance can be reversed. (Excluding OA-4800/4900/7000 series, 8000, AGP, CBH, and HSA)

  • Applicable for LC-MS

    SUMICHIRAL OA-2500/3000 series is applicable for LC-MS as the recommended mobile phase is methanol containing ammonium acetate.

  • Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC)

    SUMICHIRAL OA-2000 and OA-4000 series are also available for Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC).

Product lineup

Separation of enantiomers takes place due to the minor energy difference between the solute and the stationary phase caused by diastereomeric interactions (e.g., hydrogen bonding, charge transfer, coordinate bonding).
