GE磁珠产品包括Sera-Mag与Mag Sepharose两类,其中Sera-Mag为1μm超顺磁磁珠,可用于mRNA及核酸制备,以及蛋白的小规模纯化与制备;而Mag Sepharose则为高度交联的琼脂糖基架磁珠,一般用于磷酸化肽段富集,免疫沉淀,Pull-down,以及抗体及His标签蛋白的小规模制备与筛选。
GE的磁珠产品使“ 无需纯化柱,即可轻松对蛋白进行富集、筛选和纯化”成为可能。新增加的产品可针对生物素化的蛋白进行有效
