bioGenousTM Red Blood Cell Lysis Solution是一款利用细胞内外存在盐离子浓度差而导致细胞膜胀破的原理来裂解无核红细胞的温和型红细胞裂解液。本产品经无菌处理，主要用于经酶消化分散的组织细胞的分离纯化，淋巴细胞的分离纯化以及组织细胞蛋白与核酸提取等实验中红细胞的去除。

使用说明

新鲜全血样本：

1.         1倍体积的新鲜全血，加入3倍体积的红细胞裂解液。如1mL新鲜全血加入3mL红细胞裂解液，轻轻涡旋或颠倒混匀。

2.         冰上放置15分钟，其间轻轻涡旋混匀两次，红细胞裂解后，溶液应该是清亮透明的。

3.         收集细胞：4℃，450g离心10 分钟以沉淀白细胞，小心吸弃上清液。

4.         向白细胞沉淀中加入2倍起始血液体积的红细胞裂解液，轻轻涡旋充分重悬白细胞。如起始血液为1mL，则加入2mL的红细胞裂解液。

5.         4℃，450 g 离心10分钟沉淀白细胞，小心并彻底吸去上清液。

6.         重悬细胞，用于后续实验；如提取RNA，最好于此步开始使用DEPC水配制的溶液进行操作。

新鲜组织样本：

1.         新鲜组织经胶原酶和蛋白酶（或肿瘤组织消化液K601003）消化分散成组织细胞悬液，离心弃去上清液，向沉淀中加入1mL红细胞裂解液，轻轻涡旋或颠倒混匀。

2.         收集细胞：4℃，350g离心5分钟以沉淀组织细胞，小心吸弃上清液。

3.         用PBS或基础培养基重悬细胞，用于后续实验。

注意事项：

本裂解液为无菌产品，分离细胞用于细胞培养时请注意无菌操作。为了您的安全与健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
