SUMICHIRAL OA 系列手性柱是高性能的分离光学异构体的HPLC色谱柱。SUMICHIRAL OA色谱柱能直接分离各种异构体,并可从非对应异构体中分离异构体,这些非对应异构体中可能存在氢键,电荷转移及主客体等相互作用。OA系列手性柱能精确测定各种手性化合物的纯度,如药物、农药、香料中手性结构的组成。
OA-2000系列柱,改进刷型(Amide),不对称碳原子键合CONH基团
OA-2000系列柱可直接分离芳香类、酯类、羧酸类和醇类化合物的异构体。如OA-2000色谱柱分离合成除虫菊酯,OA-2500可分离布洛芬药物。
OA-3000系列柱,改性刷型(尿素),不对称碳原子键合NHCONH基团
OA-3000系列色谱柱可有效分离羧酸类化合物,尤其是乙酰基和聚氨酯的氨基酸化合物。OA-3300色谱柱能直接分离布洛芬药物,乙酰胺基酸,BOC-氨基酸和苄基氨基酸。
OA-4000系列柱,改进刷型,胺和氨基酸两个手性中心键合NHCONH基团
OA-4000系列柱通过电荷转移和氢键相互作用达到手性识别,能分离各种各样的化合物,如胺类和氨基醇的药物,醇类,酯类和酰胺类化合物可用正相模式分离。尤其是酰胺和聚氨酯的衍生物,醇类等柱效高。
OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱在反相模式中通过配位交换相互作用进行手性识别。OA-5000手性配位体是青霉胺涂敷在ODS硅胶表面,OA-6000手性配位体是酒石酸衍生物涂敷在ODS硅胶表面,限制了添加到流动相的有机溶剂用量,且OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱的流动相中必须包含Cu2+离子。该系列柱不但能有效的分离氨基酸,羟基酸的对映异构体,而且能分离铜螯合形成的化合物,如氨基醇,胺,羧酸,氨基内酰胺和二肽。尤其是OA-5000柱应用极为广泛,OA-6000能有效分离β-氨基酸,β-羟基酸和亲水性阿明酸。
OA-7000柱手性固定相是β-环糊精通过新型的空间模式键合硅胶。可在反相条件下分离大量的消旋体,包括酮,胺,氨基酸衍生物。
OA-8000柱手性固定相是冠醚手性键合氨丙基硅胶,可有效的分离胺,氨基醇和氨基酸的对映异构体,尤其是疏水性胺。
